Possible solutions in Chrome
- First of all make sure your browser is up to date .
- Make sure the Cookies and Certificates Https are enabled correctly in the browser.
- if you browser any browser does not load properly in Facebook page or or other the main reason is certificates you should check your time and date of your computer to be correct if is not the certificate will this it expires and that may causes the problem good luck :)
- Try disabling your extensions one by one and check which one is causing this issue.
- Do you have "Unity player" plugin ? If yes
- Ensure that any Software or Malware is in conflict with Chrome:
- Enter: chrome :/ / conflicts / in the address bar and make sure that Chrome is "running" without conflict.

I tried all the steps and it didn't make any difference except for now incognito does work. I will report it to facebook but I still think the problem is the newest version of Chrome. I didn't have any trouble at all until it was installed on my computer. All my other browsers work fine
