I have seen that users always have issue with Google Chrome espically when they get error "Aw, Snap" and
i know it's really annoying but this issue can be fixed if users follow some steps so they can get rid of "Aw Snap error'
 
1.You may check anti-virus or firewall applications.Test whether such applications on your computer are causing the error by turning them off temporarily and try to open chrome again

2.Try disabling your extensions one by one to see if a particular extension is causing the problem.
 Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  1. Select Tools.
  2. Select Extensions.
  3. On the Extensions page, unselect the "Enabled" checkbox for the extension you'd like to temporarily remove.
 3.Try clearing your cookies and history

4.Please try opening an incognito window

5.You can try to Update your chrome if you are using older  
    Go back to your list of extensions at any time to re-enable disabled extensions. You may need to refresh the page in order to use extensions you've re-enabled. Learn more about managing your extensions.

    First: Create a new user after deleting your profile:

    1. Exit Google Chrome completely.
    2. Enter the keyboard shortcut Windows key +E to open Windows Explorer.
    3. In the Windows Explorer window that appears enter the following in the address bar.
    Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\
    Windows Vista/ Windows 7/ Windows 8: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\
    4. Locate the folder called "Default" in the directory window that opens and rename it as "Backup default."
    5. Try opening Google Chrome again. A new "Default" folder is automatically created as you start using the browser.

    You can get your system back on track by re-installing your Operating System, but please try the stuff above first!
