The gmail server is one of the most complete in existence. How is a product of Google , offers multiple uses and possibilities that we can enjoy it in all its functions. One of them, very little known, is the chat function. With it, we can connect with our contacts in real time.
To use this chat you must have a Gmail account , and from there you can start using chat with all the contacts registered in your schedule or those that maintained some discussion via email.
Log into gmail and keep an open page. On the left side you will see a list of all your contacts . You can talk to them in real time.
Note that beside the name of each of your contacts to a dot appears. Those who have the green dot are the ones that are available to be able to hold a conversation.
If you want to talk to any of these contacts, just click on the name . Automatically opens a window in which you can maintain communication.
Note that the contacts have a color. This depends on the state in which they have chosen to put in the chat. Some will be busy, others missing, others available. You can also put a condition to your profile and chat so your contacts can see whether or not to speak.
Additionally, you can add a phrase like state . With it, you can leave message wishing for all your chat contacts. For example: "Be back in 5 minutes". Thus all will know that you can talk to you at that moment. You can also add emoticons .
In the Zone "Options" you can see all the possibilities that offers the chat. Among these, is to be able to start a conversation with multiple contacts at the same time, thus opening up a group chat.
