There was a time when ORKUT was introduced as a revolution in Social Networking. People got to know what social networking is, but this revolution got faded when Facebook stepped into the Web world.
People now started using Social Networking websites as a daily routine and managing their own privacy accordingly.
According to me, Whatsapp is the order of the day, and almost every smart phone user prefers to use this App, rather then accessing any other Social Networking website.
BUT, with an ease to commute, people are now facing a problem, A serious issue, and that is
"LAST SEEN"
I am sure almost every one faces this issue which effects on our relations as well. you can not ignore a person as when you open your App, your last seen gets updated and you are caught.
Hide Whatsapp last Seen or Stop Last Seen Update
Whatsapp in IPhone gives an option to hide Time Stamp, but this feature is not for other smartphones.
Here's a solution that I've come up with as even i needed this.
1 - You receive a Text Message, or say 4 or 5 Messages
2 - Don't open your Whatsapp.
3 - Just Switch Off your Phone Data Connectivity for a while
4 - Open Whatsapp, read your messages and reply to the one you want.
5 - Close Whatsapp and Switch on your Data Connectivity
Your message will be sent without updating your LAST SEEN.
Will come up with a new way to backup Whatsapp Messages very soon
